Facility Environment:We have a more comprehensive range of equipment and spacious space. In addition to the common free weight equipment used in personal training, such as squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc., we also have various resistance training machines, as well as multiple treadmills, climbing machines, rowing machines, and more. At the same time, we also have full shower facilities and changing rooms.

Coaching Team:All our coaches are certified and licensed by the Australian National Fitness Association. They have at least 3 years of fitness experience and are equipped with full risk liability insurance, First Aid certification, and various professional certificates. Our coaches specialize in areas such as fat loss for both men and women, significant weight reduction, body shaping for women, muscle gain for men, postpartum recovery, posture adjustment, and athletic performance.
