If your exercising routine has fallen by the wayside, or you’ve never really formed a habit like me, all you need is a workout buddy and a trustworthy personal trainer. Over the years I’ve tried a few gyms in Melbourne, but Hi Super Fitness is the only one that kept me going. Shout out to my personal trainer @Richard. I can see visibility differences after a little over six months. The sessions are well designed to my level. It‘s true that exercise can be fun!
